Romantic, liberating and totally addictive, the Fifty Shades trilogy will obsess you, possess you and stay with you forever.
When Ana Steele first encountered the driven, damaged entrepreneur Christian Grey, it sparked a sensual affair that changed both their lives irrevocably. Ana always knew that loving her Fifty Shades would not be easy, and being together poses challenges neither of them had anticipated. Ana must learn to share Grey's opulent lifestyle without sacrificing her own integrity or independence; and Grey must overcome his compulsion to control and lay to rest the horrors that still haunt him.
Now, finally together, they have love, passion, intimacy, wealth, and a world of infinite possibilities. But just when it seems that they really do have it all, tragedy and fate combine to make Ana's worst nightmares come true....

“I love all genres of books, however when I listen to audio books as I clean, garden, drive they are better with a lot of heat!
One of the best book series I've listened to. A love story with lots of erotic sex to boot. all I can say is WOW.
the story line and the way it was built from book one to the end of book three
I did get a bit frustrated wit the complete narration of subject lines and other mundane details of the email conversations.
Definitely, I would cut a third of the sex out and condense the series into one book with a reasonable story line.
Not for a long time. Too much drawn out sex in the middle of the story just getting going. Repetitive language. I found myself fast forwarding past the sex to get back to the story.
Not too bad.
Yes and no. I enjoyed the book but became frustrated with Anastasia's language and her "Inner Goddess"
Just how naive can a woman be? Miss Steele and Mr Grey? Come on. A college student who is absolutely stunning and still a virgin??? Was this set in the wrong era??? A virgin who has rough initial sex then repeats it the next morning??? Unbelievable.
If it was ONE book instead of drawn out to three
Understandable, and good inflections
This set of books to me, was whiny and monotonous and not very well written. Could have put everything in to one book instead of stretching it out and making it boring. This set of books ticked me off more than inspired me. By the third book you just knew how the characters were going to react and what they were going to say. AND I found myself saying "NOT fair" a lot and rolling my eyes. I don't think I would recommend this book to anyone.
It has a good plot and it has the potential for further books to be written , even a mini series for TV
Mr Grey of course
First night in the pleasure room
Narrator had a very irritating whiny voice especially when trying to "change" characters
Condese the 3 books into 1 book I was often bored and impatient with the "perfection" of Christian Grey.
Someone with a less specific accent? I loved Davina Porter in the Outlander series
It certainly made me question my idea of what is acceptable sex between committed couples who are open and honest with each other. It also reminded me of how dangerously overwhelming sexual attraction can be, especially for the 18 - 25 age group.
Take away all the kinkery sex and it was just a feel good Mills and Boon story marketed by a brilliant publisher! I loved the covers of the books
AS inpiring to the other two books this one put a bit more of edge on Ana & christian history love the end and every through that, also is realy well spoken in a way that put you there insde the book!
when they go back to the first time they meet from Chrsitin prospective ans the acion part were she is hurt by Hyde
love her voice and the way she narrates
Yes and I have.
I would love to 50 out to dinner.
Loved the story line,
disappointed, i am not one to stop a book, i just couldn't finish this.............inner goddess or not, it was NOT doing a ma range...........even with music
"And the repetition continues"
I only read this book to find out how the 'story' ended. The repetition of phrases and scenarios was definitely wearing thin by this point.
I have read the book many times and am now listening to the audio book. I have bought them in audio to listen to in the car, whilst doing chores when i am not in the mood for music and they are so far working out great.
Because of reading E L James's trilogy and the shenanigans of Anastasia and fifty I have now become a complete book worm I can't seem to get enough any spare time I have is now spent stuck in my kindle or headphones in listening to something on the best app every invented ..Audible loved this book amazing end to an amazing story
"V good book :)"
This book concludes the trilogy and sums everything up really well. The voice of the reader is a little annoying to start with but you soon get used to it. This final story finally explains all of Christians fears and concludes with a dramatic event and very sweet ending. There is less sex in this book but I feel it's a better story and I'm now in love with Mr Grey! Defiantly download and listen to this book after listening to the first two stories. Thanks audible!
"Has brought me back to books"
Having returned to fiction after years of books for learning alone, I have found this a wonderful place to return. I have little time to sit and read so having an audio book has enabled me to listen in the car, while I do the housework, in the bath and lots of other situations that just don't enable you to read a book held in your hand. This third book of the trilogy puts everything into place and has a lovely ending to a fantasy of two lovers. If you want to escape and revel in the joy of fantasy fiction, while doing the housework if needs must, then I cannot recommend this audio book more highly. Enjoy!
I highly recommend the whole Fifty Shades trilogy, Becca reads the books brilliantly, giving different voices to different characters and you actually believe she's Ana. She reads everything with ease so you dont feel awkward when listening. 10 out of 10
After reading the first 2 book myself, this did take me a little while to get used to Ana's american drool, but by chapter 2 she sounded fine.
The accent was not how I imagined Anas sweet voice at all.
Well read, but I dont think you get into the 'special moments' as much as you do when reading yourself.
Could not stop listening and was very sad when it finished. Praying for new books or film as am hooked!
"A recommended read"
I normally listen to an audiobook when walking home after work. Any other book would be stopped as I was approaching my front door and not listened too until the next working day. This book however quite often was not stopped as it was really quite addictive. I would even find excuses as to why i needed to listen to some more. Yes it's girly, caused a Worldwide phenomen and not necessarily had great reviews but it is a lot of fun of which I (and especially my fiancé) would recommend ;o)
"Maybe the author was a little bored by this one!"
I fell foul of the hype - more fool me, really!
I was entertained on a few long car journeys but not enthralled by a great or well written story. I did get some interesting, and knowing, looks when stoppeed at traffic lights with the windows open!
It was good to get some completion on this overhyped work.
I was not shocked anymore by the kinky stuff - not that it was as horrendous as we may have been led to believe - just a bit dodgy rather than really sexy and appealing!
"Fifty shades freed"
A bit slow in parts, but a fab book. I loved it, but I love mr grey whatever he does!
