Great if you want to be droned to sleep!
I love Anna Pigeon books narrated by Barbara Rosenblat. Thank goodness this was not the first book I listened to in the series or I would never listened to another. The story was good but this narrator (Cindy Williams) has the most boring, lackluster, droning voice I've ever heard. l don't know how many times (20 or 30) I fell asleep while listening only to come awake to return to the last place in the story I remembered and begin again.
I do plan to listen again, tonight, when I want to go to sleep; instead of the ocean or rain sounds I normally listen to when trying to fall asleep. It may just be the magic bullet I've been searching for to put me into a sleep coma. 😴 Here's hoping.

Great Short Story
Anna is on a fire prevention assignment to protect a tortoise sanctuary. In addition she finds a tame baby deer wandering around. When a drug intervention aircraft crashes with a forest ranger on board it’s time to get her investigation skills up and running. Love the characters.

I can't believe I spent money on this
Good story .... poor presentation. Recommend that anyone contemplating getting the audio version to buy the print version.

Cindy Williams should NEVER read a loud
Story is probably worth reading. But I cannot listen to Ms Williams reading of the story.
