The book is heavily inclined towards the training of specific gestures and procedures. It successfully resumes the basics of how to perform echography in short chapters and includes a quick troubleshoot so that the reader may perfect his gesture. It is complete enough to be used as quick reference guide
This manual also provides excellent references for those looking to expand their knowledge and also includes solid, evidence-based algorythms in order to implement point of care untrasonography in everyday ER practice.

I love this book for sparking
I love this book for sparking my memory of conditions I don't see frequently. It is also great for considering differentials. My favorite thing about this version is the ability to access the ebook from my phone. I do ER relief work and I travel via plane, so lugging a book along in my carry-on is not something I am willing to do. With the ebook, I have access to the full content at my fingertips. The informative videos are also fantastic for clients! I'm very pleased

Excellent book.
Excellent book. All the information you need for emergency cases, including some pathophysiology, treatment protocols and client communication points. Comprehensive, dense format is plain but very practical. In the future, a true e book with video links, color photos, etc would be great
