Jo Faber is packing up the home she and her brother Samuel inherited. For generations, the Fabers have lived near Eden Mine, but Jo and Samuel will be the last. Their family home has been seized by the state through eminent domain.
At the moment she hears the news of the bombing on the radio, Jo knows nothing, but she also knows that something isn’t right. Very nice book of faith
I enjoyed this book a lot. I could picture all the principles in the book as easy as watching a movie on TV. My heart was with Rev.Truth and Emily and with Jo. I imagined myself as Samuel sitting in the cabin alone after the events prior.

A nap is a better use of time
This has to be the most boring book I have read in years. With main characters not being fully developed until the last chapter of the book and a plot line that drudged on and on with no end in sight, I would recommend picking a different book to read. I rarely write a poor book review, but this one was impossible to enjoy.
