The cultural aspects of this world
When listening to stories that have complicated and foreign names it can be easy to get lost but the imagery of Traci’s writing and the emotions behind each character is so detailed that you can’t get lost. A thought provoking story that made me fall in love with each of the Characters and definitely made me shed a few tears with the beautiful sibling relationships here. You captured these people beautifully, I feel like I know them and I shared their pain and joy in the story.

Tedious
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
I think you really need to be a die hard Traci Harding fan to enjoy this book
What was most disappointing about Traci Harding’s story?
It's the same story rehashed and set in another time line, it ended up just being noise in my ears.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Jing Xuan Chan?
Jing is a good reader but does not have much of a range when it comes to characters voices.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I'm afraid I didn't enjoy this book, which is a shame as I enjoyed "Masters of Reality" and "An Echo in Time" and was looking forward to this book. I don't think I'd bother with the rest of this series if there is more to come.
