I was asked if I could recommend a couple of books that focused on making decisions and discernment [in business]. I'd only heard about discernment from the church pulpit, so I did several searches - and this book is a gem! From the personal story applications to the book list at the end, it's a title that I would endorse without hesitation.

This books walks you through everything you need to know in business from running a professional organization, building culture, leadership, core values, practices, Jeff lays out all the foundational elements you need to excel in business and life. I’ve consumed 100+ business & self development/leadership books and none have compiled everything you need as a business leader and entrepreneur better than this book. I highly recommend it, I was given a free copy by the author and still chose to purchase this on audible because it’s so powerful. The author is an even better man that walks the talk and lives it as a servant leader helping others.
