Most are a compilation of many emails and telephone calls to establish the contributor's credibility.

This is a collection of the best of the best from 1,400 stories shared by readers of Incident at Devils Den. Below is a brief synopsis of the introduction to case number one, "The Christmas Store", shared by a widowed retiree who goes by "Olivia".

Dear Mr. Lovelace,

My late husband Paul and I had an experience in March of 1968. I've never shared this story with anyone other than my sister and Paul's parents. I was a housewife, and Paul was a nephrologist (a kidney doctor) who worked in private practice. We had friends in Reno, Nevada, and about every month, we'd make the drive from Vegas to Reno to share a weekend with friends. We always stopped in a little town called Tonopah about halfway to Reno. We'd stretch a bit, get fuel and have dinner. It was called "The Stagecoach". I believe it's still there. On this night we were three hours later than usual because Paul had been tied up at the hospital. After dinner and fuel we got back on the road at about 9:00 p.m. and headed for Reno.

About 10 miles out of town we were surprised to see a new store. It was a Christmas store. I had never before seen a store solely devoted to the holiday. The store appeared to be open as there was brilliant white light pouring out of the windows. The whole structure was draped in Christmas tree lights in assorted colors, some blinking and others not. I asked Paul to pull over. We were both mesmerized. He pulled onto the shoulder directly in front of the store. It sat back from the road a ways and the lights were incredible. It was odd. There was no parking lot! It was just sand and sagebrush. We saw no other cars, but someone was inside because we could see motion and movement through the windows. Paul noted there was no driveway for an entrance. I remarked, "Who would build a store without an egress or a parking lot?" We sat on the shoulder of the highway in front of the store for some minutes until Paul said, "This is a waste of time," and he pulled back.

Very convincing

One of the most convincing books in this area. The connection between this area and NDE is something I've been exploring as well, abs find it interesting that others are also doing the same.

A well worth it listen on the contactee phenomenon

Terry is an important voice in the ET/experiencer community and his story is well worth listening to. In this book, he expands on his experiences, so his previous book is necessary to read first. He also presents many cases in this book which are fascinating and credible. This book would be particularly interesting for Anyone who is seeking to understand more about the ET contact experience, and particularly those who are struggling to understand or make sense of their own ET contact. You will find this book validating and it also helps provide some resource for how to explore and examine such things through hypnosis and support various groups.

Another solid book from Lovelace

While not as edited as the first book (not his fault), this compilation of experiences support and validate his previous book. It brings to light the many different types of encounters that have happened (and continue to happen). I so appreciate Mr Lovelace’s work in this field.

Excellent and Unabashful

Part two of the two part series. Goes into further detail and makes you feel as if you are there.

Lots of distracting background noise. Is he coloring?

It’s a repeat of the first book with very little personal experiences in addition that is worth listening to. But I did enjoy the guest stories. But please stop coloring or writing while you read!!!

Great stories, please fix the edits. We shouldn’t hear the repeating of sentences. Thanks for sharing though! Well worth it.

A solid compilation

this is a solid sequel to incident. we get to hear from other people who experienced similar encounters and their opinions. I feel there is more to come for Terry.

Startling accounts from a first hand experiencer. Showcases how visitors use the bizarre and unexpected to manipulate humans.

Well worth the credit or purchase.

Really good book by the author. It is his account of what he has been going through. I really like the fact that he is the narrator of this audio. It makes the book seam really authentic! You be your own judge. Good book though.

Appreciated hearing the stories of the contactees/abductees. Perhaps updates or follow ups forthcoming at some point?
