It's anything but Grimm when the Tell 'Em Steve Dave crew gives their hilarious takes on some of the best and least known fairy tales.
Join Bryan Johnson, Brian Quinn and Walt Flanagan with special guest Sunday Jeff as they create a magical world of fantasy and wonder, trolls, living plants, and sinful dwarves. It doesn't get any better than this...or funnier.
Not for children but definitely for those who are a child at heart.

OK. If you don't listen to TESD on a regular basis I have two things to say: First, why? Second, buckle up.
Incredibly hilarious retelling of a number of fairy tales. Walt, Bry, and Q (can't forget Sunday Jeff) are all in rare form. I couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard.
That being said, if you aren't familiar with these guys, you may be in for a rude awakening. They are incredibly inappropriate and foul mouthed, which I love. But may not be everyone's cup of tea.
Great job boys.
After listening to this I wanted nothing more than to forget I'd ever 'been' with any other audiobook. I'll forever regret and lament that I hadn't stayed pure and let TESD Fair-re-re tale theater take my audiobook virginity.
Compare it to another book? You're kidding, right? Why not compare the sun to a match? The finest French wine to fetid Florida swamp water? What a ponderous request you make!
Bry, Walt, Q, and Sunday Jeff....are Seraphim. Their voices are second only to God's own.
I challenge anyone to employ an alternate solution. The credits alone are superior to the content in total of every other audiobook ever published.
I'm starting a Kickstarter project to fund the resculpting of Mount Rushmore in the images of Bry, Walt, Q, & Sunday Jeff. Have four men ever held such sway over the collective attitude and mindset of an entire nation? I think not.
These men are extraordinary.
These men are unique.
These men transcend the divine.
Just kidding. They're lil ol ants just like the rest of us.
This is the number one best book on Audible. Its amazing
All of it.
These's guys are comedy Gods
these's guys are he most innovative podcaster around. All the other podcasts do commercials for audible. There the only ones making books for there audible commercials.
This was the most enjoyable and entertaining podcast I have listened to so far.
Every moment was gold covered with diamonds and urinated on by the queen herself!
The Performances were better than watching Shakespeare in the the park. However, my opinion may be heavily influenced by the fact that I did not have to experience this audio book in a park which in my town are filled to the brim with homeless junkies drinking hairspray.
I was afraid that if I stopped the world would stop spinning. Was my fear irrational? probably. But I'll never know for sure, because I refused to find out.
Anything TESD does is Golden. This is no exception. It was an enjoyable laugh-a-doo, which is Canadian for "It was an enjoyable laugh-a-doo"
Hearing the voices of the Tell Em Steve Dave boys, with the addition of Sunday Jeff makes it ten times better.
It is in a league of its own.
The nuance of their character and enthusiasm for the stories.
Laugh, lots of laughs
Keep bringing more, and I'll buy it. Horror would be great, maybe a reading on Greek or Roman myths. Pick and I'll jump at it.
The chemistry between the guys.
Bry, duh. But also Walt, duh.
Two Comic Book Men and a Joker read the classics.
This audiobook is an extension of the awesome podcast Tell'Em Steve-Dave. That podcast is the only podcast I subscribe to and have from the beginning. Walt always comes through. You won't be disappointed in this audiobook.
All those crazy fairy takes you heard as a kid final make sense thanks to the boys of TESD.
Walt Flanagan as Rumpelstilskin!
Again, Walt Flanagan as Rumpelstilskin!
This is a must for any TESD listener!
Say something about yourself!
Yes, i have already listened to it twice. and i need to show my Brother who is a fan as well, he'll love it too. great Audible/Podcast kind of cross over!
Nothing, this is an Audible item all it's own. half Podcast, but part Audio book. with an amazing cast!
I love every one of the TESD Guys. they were all awesome, and i laughed my butt off. Bry was great, Quinn was great, Walter was awesome, and Sunday Jeff was pretty funny too. they are all my favorite, it's hard to choose.
This ain't your mothers fairy tales!
great Audible item. very happy to listen to this. and really hope TESD do the Haunted book one they were talking about. i would buy that in a heart beat. only grudge i had, was i wish it was longer. can never get enough of these guys!
The best audio podbook online, a one stop shop for all.Tell em Steve-Dave is Comic Genius!!!
"Sunday Jeff is god."
Best I've ever listened to
I would compare this audio book to the bible because TESD is a religion and Walt will save the world...
all of it.
I urinated a little.
Stacy Patella doesn't really exist.
"Buy this now!!"
Tell 'Em Steve-Dave Fair-re-re Tale Theater ranks very high among all audiobooks i have listened to so far.
Its full of really intresting storys and its very well produced.
EVERY SCENE! its a must have for anyone who listens to Tell 'em steve-dave.

nah, well accept buy this because its worth the money.
"A great introduction to TESD"
Bry, Walt, Q and Flutter
nothing quite like TESD
Nothing it was great as expected

"Tell'em steve dave"
Comedy gold, I'm a big fan of podcast and I would recommend this to everyone.
"TESD at their best"
As usual a bit chaotic and anarkik but over 2 hours of fun filled honour laghs well worth its price tag.
One for the Ants.
a great addition to the T. E.S. D universe.
great Re Re telling of the classics.
"A must for all ants"
Far too short
So much fun and good humoured banter between them makes this audio book what it is.
The bants between Walt and the always sublime Sunday jeff
"A solid, if a little unfocused, attempt"
Well, I'm not sure how I can compare this to Learning German: Volume 1 (the other half of my audiobook collection), but if I had to choose I would say that Tell Em Steve Dave was slightly more entertaining if a little more incomprehensible.
Hell yeah. It's Tell Em Steve Dave, and as long as the boys keep makin' em, I'll keep listening. Hopefully any further audiobooks will be a little more polished and coherent though.
Compared to their regular podcasts? I'd say this is above par for the course.Walt and Q put a lot of effort into these special outings, and it's noticeable. My only complaint would be that while on their ordinary podcasts going off-topic is fine, often even welcome, with set pieces like this I think a little more structure and preparation would go a long way.
Nothing moves me since the accident.
The joy of listening to the friends dissecting classic tales of everyone's childhood was fantastic
All of them
"Excellent introduction to TESD."
I will definitely keep this audiobook to listen to again, I love the Tell 'Em Steve-Dave podcast, and this is a hilarious companion piece to the show.
