This newer edition of the King James Bible published in 1769 is usually preferred by most that read it over the older 1611 version. This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Didn't love this collection
This is a collection of Bellow short stories. I generally like Bellow and generally love short stories, but this was only so-so. Some of the stories are clearly ideas for novels, and others repeat the same theme in different variations. There were a few excellent short stories, but there was too much other stuff.
The dozen or so narrators are quite variable... Grover Gardner is excellent.
