I loved this book. Thought it added to the first in a good way.... but where's the next one?

I need the next book now! I am bummed I didn't wait for the third installment before reading the series because now I have to wait.

READ THIS SERIES!

I read about this series online, and thought “why not”. I loved both the first and second books. I don’t know why this series has not been made into a movie. The author writes in a detailed style, but does a great job of giving just enough detail, but not too much, which creates suspense and interest. No spoilers, but the premise of this book is very creative. Lives up to the online hype!

Just as good as the first!

This book was chillingly good! Kept me enthralled the whole time and couldn't stop thinking about it when I wasn't listening.

Loved the 2nd more than the 1st, need the 3rd

I liked the first book a lot, but this one was even better. I really enjoyed getting Xander’s point of view.

The voice actors add a lot to the experience as well.

The characters are fantastic and the actors kept my attention. I listened to both books from the series back to back, and can't wait for the third!!

OUTSTANDING

One of the best books I have read in some time. I devoured the first two books and now I am screaming for the third! Awesome characters, smooth story telling!! Its hard not to become invested and entangled in every person's point of view!

I laughed, I cried and just when I thought I knew what was going on I was surprised by another twist. This story is an original. Please write the next book!

Can't stop thinking about it

I'm in my 50s and can't stand most YA novels, mainly because they over explain everything and the book becomes tedious. Not with these books. i bought the book on Audible, andI became thoroughly invested, fascinated, and basically couldn't put it down. The premise feels unique, the characters are well fleshed out, and the fact that it switches between a male and female narrator for the chapters fully immerses you in the transition of point of view of the characters. I highly recommend these books, and I cannot wait for book 3, the culmination of all the adventures in book one and two. Maybe we will finally understand what the Nahx are truly expected to do, and will humanity survive?
