My first artificial voice narrator

I did not expect to like this at all because of the artificial narrator but I was curious and it was included in my subscription so I decided to try it. I've got to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The artificial voice was pleasant and well modulated. There was not a lot of difference between character voices and the emotions we're not emphasized at times as they should be. But overall, it was much better than a lot of the narrators I've listened to. I would listen to this automated voice anytime. The story line was very good. So many of the Christian fiction books are such silly romances that you could listen to them with half your brain cells and be just fine. This story was actually interesting! I have listened to the first five books in the series so far and have enjoyed them all.

Dark too Dark for a Christian Story

I find it hard to believe Traci Peterson put her name to this book. The dark parts are too dark for a Christian novel. We stopped listening by the 6th chapter. Maybe it got better, but it wasn't worth listening to, to find out. It had such a good story line; we were so disappointed to not be able to listen to it.
