I am a change enthusiast!
This book is excellent for anyone navigating change. It’s Particularly useful for a change that’s been put upon you. Cassandra Worthy uses her personal stories and the experiences of others to paint the picture of how “embracing the feels” of change can be powerful signals in navigating through it. I recommend taking the time to work the exercises as well, to put concepts to application right away.
Audible Narration by the author is engaging.

Realistic Perspective on Change
I appreciated this book for its realistic view on Change which felt optimistic without feeling corny. Cassandra brings energy to her book as well as extensive industry experience. She also provides valuable tools to really breakdown the mindset of Change Enthusiasm and put it into action.
