This book exposed scenarios I have never heard of or seen. I have asked extremely successful women and men and to say they were horrified by the examples in this book would be an understatement. I tried to keep an open mind but honestly, I really feel like this book's advice is a bit dated and could cause a lot of problems for men and women in the work place. It's just my opinion and I have no real proof to back it up.
I can appreciate the struggle more after reading this book, so if that was the intent the message was conveyed.
Instead of giving this book a 1; I respect the research and time the author put into this book, that is why I rated a 3 overall.
