What the Critics Say

"Jam-packed with clever ways to leverage the Jovian social-networking power of Twitter. The 'Twitter as Help Desk' idea alone is a fiendishly simple revolutionary idea." (Mark Joyner, #1 best-selling author of Integration Marketing)

    "Take notes"

One of the most information dense books I have read since Joel's last book KaChing. Tons of great resources and tips in a well thought out, step-by-step plan to implement them. If you are listening to this book as I did, be in front of a computer to take notes so you don't miss anything. Another one out of the park Mr. Comm. Great Job!!!

    "good common sense advice"

I listened in the car and spent the first chapters frantically scribbling ideas on post it notes - seemed to tail off towards the end but well worth a listen
