Malcolm Gladwell chapter by chapter presents a very well-thought-out and researched book about why things are the way they are. His calming voice and logical thinking are a breath of fresh air. I loved it! I don't say that often but I was impressed by the credibility in references, (some of which I checked out myself for further research) and flow & organization of material in each chapter.
