Yes, Brian Tracy is a mastermind of understanding the psycoligy of sales. Takes you through every close in the book in depth! Amazing application with tons of motivational advice. If you are in sales and have not read this you should be fired!
You could spend a college semester on the tacts learned in this book.
Selling Bible, if every sales agent listened to this book the world would have a different look on sales reps. Amazing and no garbage about making a lot of money just becoming a better rep and person!
This is the same rehashed Tracy stuff that is 20 years old. Nothing new. No real value, clearly just a new book with old words.

Yes, it's a good book, not amazing. But it is worth for what you pay.
Some techniques are very good. But some are very basic.
If U aply this U will succeed your sales. Repeat listening will reveal your true potential.
Ugh, assume everyone is an idiot and never tell them the price up front 'cause you will lose the sale. I tried to listen and take key points, but everything the guy said made me think of the worst sales situations I have ever been in and I picture those sales guy listening to this dribble.
