Read as intended

After diving into the realm of audiobooks I am amazed to discover the importance of the reader. In my experience, there is no better reader than the author themselves.

Good insights for those looking to excel

Let me first say that, I am not a reader. I don't like reading bc of a reading comprehension problem I've had my whole life. However, I know that if I'm going to become a more well-rounded person then I need to step passed this obstacle. This book was such an inspiration! There are such good qualities that this book entails. Anyone looking to perform better, take on more challenging roles, or just working on themselves...this is your resource. We all have things holding us back, usually ourselves. This goes over how to undo many of our "traditional" means of thinking and opens up some key concepts to real change.

I highly recommend it! This coming from someone who doesn't like to read but finished it in about 4 days (and enjoyed every minute of it!).

Solid and practical, though a bit unwieldy

The suggestions and principles stated throughout the book are practical and fairly timeless, even if the writing style is a bit dated. Some of the chapters seemed to draw on a bit longer than necessary, but I suppose it doesn't hurt to definitively drive a point home with examples.

I definitely would recommend keeping your bookmark finger handy in order to go back to strong points and take notes.
