Wonderful Book!

I just loved this book. It happened a lot to me that what I believe in and what I apply in my life,it’s labeled here step by step, so it gave a wider meaning and understanding of my ideas.

I’m a psychologist, I feel I am like covey in the “still in diapers version” since I just have 5 years coaching in organizations. I would recommend this book for anyone passionate about continuous improvement whether in their personal, professional or familiar lives.

After you finish it, you will feel a very strong desire to apply everything and continue improving... It’s a five star!

The Gift That Keeps On Giving

While a 22 year old grad school student, I read this book through one “lens,” and I missed the life changing benefits of internalizing the readings. As a 42 year old husband and father of four, I read it though an entirely different lens, and I am certain that this is a book that I will continue to revisit to adjust my internal and external lenses in my attempt to lead a principle centered life. It’s already helped me as a son, a husband, and a father. And I hope to help others with the lessons that I’ve learned...

Very Helpful and Impactful Book

While the author fully admits that the ideas are not original to him, he does bring them together and in a very logical, pragmatic way connects them together to create a life changing influence. The saying is “do anything consistently for 30 days and it becomes a habit”. The author tells “which” habits are best to formulate and strengthen.

An unpolished gem

The sound transition between chapters, hate it.
1) it adds time unnecessarily to what should be a 4 to 5 hour read.
2) vocals are immersion breaking.

It is a must listen, it is packed with content, but in a disgestable way. I would have preferred more examples from his experience to illustrate his points, rather than quippy one liners. But thats just taste. Main problem were the transitions
