Honestly, a portion of the book is the teamwork makes the dream work pep talk and then it transitions to a long audio recitation of a questionnaire....rinse, repeat.
The information between derailments is phenomenal so if you can deal with the format issues, it's worth listening. 🤓
This work fills a gap in the literature on leadership. It treats team formation and dynamics scientifically based upon modern research. I have not come across a better and more comprehensive treatment of the subject.
Despite the promise of the "new science of teams," there's not much science here - just a lot of generalizations that are not testable. You can't really implement anything from this book.
