I suppose it was a decent summary, but there weren't a lot of takeaways for me. I imagine the complete version has more substance.
A few useful nuggets of wisdom, but overall too general to be of much help. Secure early wins, prioritize, get to know your team - really? come on! Not bad for the price or the time commitment but read the full book or one specifically for your profession is you need anything more than a superficial dive.
