    "Reminder of good common sense."
    Any additional comments?

Great book that gives common sense guidance on maximizing the time on the peaks, minimizing the time in the valleys and getting the most good out of both experiences.

Platitudes and wishful thinking. Nothing practical or realistic. Just hype on par with "the secret"

    "Amazing story, powerful message."

Such a well constructed story that conveys some very profound yet common sense messages. This book helps you connect the dots and gives you some good cognitions, all of which you already know to be true but somehow have been programmed to forget. Highly recommended.

    Story
"A good thing to read at a "peak""
What made the experience of listening to Peaks and Valleys the most enjoyable?

It does weave it as a story to keep it interesting.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Peaks and Valleys?

It is a reminder that, while the peaks can be crazy, you cannot forget to take the time (which is tough to do) to lay the groundwork to smooth out, or even avoid, the valleys.

Similar to Who Moved My Cheese -- good overall message, but I'm not sure how much I really got out of it.

    "Basics made obvious"

The book simplifies what you may already know that life just 'is' but how to deal with it for the best results for YOU. Very relatable text and to the point.
