Book is just ok

Overall ok book, would have liked more coverage of being an introvert. The spelling out of every website she references is annoying! A little more energy in her voice as she narrates would be nice too!

Learning how to network as an introvert!

What made the experience of listening to Network Marketing for Introverts the most enjoyable?

It was really interesting to know that one’s personality can have a direct influence on the success of his or her business. The book was an amazing guide on how introverted individuals can rise above waters in businesses such as direct sales and marketing without necessarily changing who they are. It teaches about how introverts can build solid work relationships, customers and possible business partners through getting to know people at a more personal level as opposed to work demands.

Who was your favorite character and why?

There is no specific character but the author is an introvert herself which made her advice more heartfelt and genuine.

What about Jane M. Held’s performance did you like?

The overall content of the book is well researched and will ensure that every introvert is able to network themselves with other marketers without changing their personalities; Jane's overall performance was great, her voice is captivating and will keep you entertained.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This was an inspirational book in that it is not wrong to be an introvert. To understand who you are as an introvert is discussed in depth, so as to assist you in learning how to speak put, how to stand out from the rest, more especially in a marketing environment that is made up of extroverts.

Any additional comments?

I cannot even begin to imagine a world where everybody was the same - being an introvert does not mean you have a personality disorder - you simply take time in getting to know people. Embrace who you are. Great book!!!!

Websites don’t exist

The book is informative and has lots of helpful hints. I was disappointed that the websites mentioned in the book were obsolete. This book is only 3 years old. It would have been nice to have access to the additional training on the websites.

I was drawn to the topic but.......

Basically, it was generalities with no specifics. In other words, it had absolutely no HOW......

short.

there is some good information here but not a lot of content. For only $6 it was worth it.

great read, really helpful

this is a great book for those who are an introvert and it has very helpful tips on how to get started and stay in control.
I like how she tells her story on how she was able to overcome her shyness in the business.
I don't like that that the hyperlinks are spoken out. That's annoying, but I guess it makes sense since it's an audio book...

Not helpful for my business

Too much on using the internet to attract people rather than sharing ways to overcome your introversion to go out and find clients. Mine is a face-to-face business and I was looking for tips to learn how to talk to strangers. I've never had a problem talking to people when they come to me with questions, but I need to be able to approach people I don't know to learn about them. This book doesn't really help with that. The best tip was seeking out personal growth such as reading books and listening to podcasts - thought that is what I was doing with this book.

Good advice and basic tips for the introvert

The book has great reminders and tips for introverts working in network marketing.
I agree with other reviews, the Web address reading letter by letter is annoying but easy enough to get over.
