"…there are many leadership lessons to be learned from Shackleton’s amazing adventure." (ABA Banking Journal)
Read this for a work project. I enjoyed the story of the Endurance and the chapters relating the story to leadership. It was a struggle to get through the end of the book. Overall, I liked it.

Shackleton was the real boss. This book shows how difficult it is to be a real leader. Great examples. Great story.
