1st and foremost congrats on a great book. I loved every chapter. The writer did a great job of covering a lot of different topics with enough detail and its benefits toward your career to give you an idea of where to start building skills. I just finished the book a few minutes ago and felt moved to write a review. I know that I will be listening to this book a few more times through and will be looking for more informational content by the author. Nice job reminding us where to find more. Lol
Thank you, loved it, I walked away with a lot.
What I enjoyed most about this book was the character of the author. Of course people say one thing and do another but a common thread throughout the book was integrity and I like that. Lot of good information- if definitely recommend any trainer, seasoned or new, to invest in this book.
This book is everything that I needed! Very informative information that will nurture me in my career from start to finish!! Thanks Jonathan!!
Christian, Husband, Personal fitness trainer, Friend, Brother, Giver, among other things all by his grace.
I truly loved reading this book. This was the best personal training book I've ever read. So if your in the business of fitness or wanna find about how to be a trainer and what it will take. Then you certainly want to invest in this book. Thanks
Great book! Very informative on where to start as a personal trainer even if you're seasoned. He makes things simpler. Periodization is hard for the average client. He created the focus system making training clients much more simpler
this book had some great advice whether you are a new or seasoned trainer. it is not the normal junk everyone knows just trying to make money. tips on how to make more money, how to be more efficient in the lives of your clients and how to really be successful in the best career in the world.
I'm just getting started in my personal training career and this book really helped in many aspects from marketing to relationship building to branding. Awesome read!

Narrator was great a delivering thi. Jonathan shares his experiences, both successes and failures, and how they shaped him to deliver the amazing information he does today. Very appreciative of this great resource. The chapters and audio didn't match up. Audible issue?
"Really enjoyed this. Bit repetitive, but motivates"
I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. definitely worth revisiting when you feel a little jaded or stuck in a rut!
brilliant audio book for any trainer speaks truth from experience and has helped me enormously think outside the box I honestly give this a 10/10

"Fitness marketing essential."
This book gives you a fantastic strategic overview of how to obtain customers, maintain relationships and get them to advocate your fitness brand. I would recommend Ignite the Fire to anyone starting up their own business in the fitness industry, whether that be as a personal trainer, sports clothing company or nutrition brand.
My only negative criticism would be, in order to make this book more evergreen, the writer does not go into specifics on how to implement digital marketing strategies.
If you are not a personal trainer (such as a clothing company, wearable tech company, gym instructor/ owner, work in gym marketing or a nutritional brand owner), there a few chapters that will feel they do not apply directly to you, however i recommend staying the course as it will give you good ideas for your website and content marketing.
The performance by Pete Cataldo overall was good however at many points became laborious with cadence repetition.
