Easy to read and comprehend!
I finally finished the book on 09/08/2018 @ 6:30pm. I didn’t finish it in one sitting because I don’t want to rush. The information is gold! Phil is so clear on the book and in Audible. I have Phil’s both books. The next book, “Real Estate Gone Bad!” is next...but not right now but will in the future. So glad I finished this book! It is one of the best!!!!! Wish I had read it 20 years ago
I was holding several financed rental units and lost it all in the bubble burst of 2006. If I would have read this book prior to that catastrophe, it likely would have prevented it. Here a decade later, I am going to take what I have learned here and succeed. I am confident that this is the best recipe for real estate investing success.
