Good for 15 years ago

This book was good in the year written. I have a top ranked shop for 6 years so I decided to check this out as I want to remain open to new ideas. I happen to have done sales consulting for over 10 years as well. Many ideas are not bad but also no very applicable now. I am not saying it's a bad book, it's not, but I can't give it a top review as it's not as relevant as I would have liked around the topics of marketing.

some good generic tips

good refresher but mostly basic sales techniques. I did like that it was very coffee shop minded. The narration of the book was bad(worse towards the end). but this book was about saving money... so must have been more efficient for Greg to read it :) Probably a better choice for physical book purchase.
