Questions have literally changed Maxwell's life. Maxwell also opened the floodgates and invited people from around the world to ask him any leadership question. He answers seventy of them--the best of the best--including . . .

There is one area that can use improvement in this work and his others--the continual "awe, shucks" false modesty approach to self-promotion. He is a really good guy, and I am certain he doesn't mean to do it, but nearly any material I have listened to from him has repeated self-promotion under the premise of false modesty. One example in this book: "I just couldn't get my team to not name the new company after me. They simply insisted on calling it the John Maxwell company that is available for leaders to enroll in a number of programs we have available..." I get a bit hung up on it, but, at this point, it's my barrier and not his.
Very much worth the listen.
