A noted economist and human capital expert, together with a multidisciplinary team, show that we've entered a new era in which good corporate behavior is no longer optional, it's the new imperative for success - and they have the data to prove it. I wanted a business book and not a series of anecdotes laced with a political agenda. There is certainly good information within the book but the author leaves no room for doubt as to what political affiliation they side with, and this took away from the enjoyment of the book.
