    "50% Disclaimer 50% Self-Obvious"

Nearly the first half of the 12 minute book is legal disclaimer (seriously). The rest is information that is so basic it's pathetic -- if you want to maintain clients, take the job seriously and write well. Really? The only thing surprising was that one of the tips wasn't water is wet.
