Consciousness is the main source of organizational greatness. "Conscious business", explains Fred Kofman, means finding your essential values through your work. A conscious business seeks to promote the intelligent pursuit of happiness in all its stakeholders. It produces sustainable, exceptional performance through the solidarity of its community and the dignity of each member.
In this original author adaptation of his book Conscious Business, Fred Kofman presents breakthrough techniques to help you achieve:
"A conscious business fosters personal fulfillment in the individuals, mutual respect in the community, and success in the organization," says Kofman. Conscious Business is the definitive resource for achieving what really matters in the workplace and beyond.

"Useful tools for the corporate world and for individual growth....His manner is pleasant, acknowledges the individual, never condescends, and offers some genuinely helpful reminders about human nature." (ForeWord Magazine)
The author/speaker executes with an interesting, conversational, and almost personal delivery. The content is solid and helped me remember where to keep my focus throughout various interactions and stages of my career. I highly recommend this book.
This is the business book I've been looking to find for a long time now. It presents a way to examine our work, life, intentions and emotions that can guide us to running our work in a way that not only can make us great leaders, but can have a lasting impact on the world.
This audiobook is not a copy of the book read out. It's actually a series of audio lectures by the author and is presented in a way that makes it much more effective than most audiobooks. I would recommend everyone who read the book to also accompany it with this audio to really get the full message the author is communicating.
Just a great visitation on some basic, but important, interpersonal and business skills. This book has ideas that can easily be implemented in your life/organization and have measurable impact

Yes. Conscious business becomes ever more important these days.
authentic with accent
The author reads his own book. While this makes it more authentic Fred Kofman is not the best narrator.
The reason I'm listening to an audiobook is because I want to maximize my time by doing other tasks, such as cleaning, while listening to the book. If I had time to actually read it, I'd just sit down and read it. But I was so distracted by his thick accent, that it was hard to absorb what he was saying without really stopping to focus on his words, which defeats the purpose of an audiobook. In the future, I recommend they use a different narrator.
"Are you awake?"
