This is a great listen. I can't believe all the tips and valuable information I have learned and am using daily on my customers and friends alike. I recommend this book. But he does tend to go overboard upselling. But it is interesting none the less.
I have attempted to listen to this audio book several times, unfortunately every few sentences the author is shamelessly promoting his other products, products that his friends are selling, etc.
Every few sentences are interrupted by "...go to www.blahblahblah.com" It is very annoying.
I don't finish books I don't like to read. Time is too valuable to be bored .
Some of the information provided in the audiobook was good but there was so many references to different websites to promote other services that it turned my stomach. Many references came across as cheap sales tactics and I found myself pressing fast forward to move past sections. This book could have been something meaningful but overall not worth the price of admission. Although vitale claims credibility, his approach leaves a lot to be desired.

NO ONE CARES WHAT CAR YOU BOUGHT "NARISSA"...
TOO LONG TOO WORDY, NEVER "CUTS TO THE CHASE" BUT CONSTANTLY SAYS HE IS ABOUT TO.
THERE'S MORE INFORMATION IN FREE E-BOOKS THAN IN THIS BORING, TRANCE LACKING BOOK.
ANNOYING AT BEST.

Vitale's Buying Trances was extremely helpful to me and my marketing and copywriting efforts.
I was surprised how much easier writing has become to me, maybe you'll reap the same benefit.
This book gives you a framework to understand your target audience's motivations in order to build meaningful report with them immediately.
Buying Trances is a must read for anyone who desires to become a writer, marketer, or sales person.
For me, this was about reading other people and understanding what is happening in their head when you think you are on a roll, so you can keep it going and repeat it in your next sale.
