since there is no way to mark books as read in the library I thought this might be a way to mark them

A Surprise

Clean concise lovely, so nice to get a juice without the fluff, I normally hate these 100 or 6 or 10 bla bla, and I was a little annoyed that it was sales person oriented but the nuggets in there that work for other are such gems its worth every moment listening. I have now bought the book for myself and have given it to others, even use it to help coach managers in my team.

Entrepreneurs must read

I love reading books with stories to reference. It provides a much better listening experience. There were so many remarkable examples and details to help business owners bring out the best in ourselves and others. This can also be used for your children. I enjoyed this book and will be applying several of the 100 ways to motivate others to my daily life.

400 Quotations and a few good ideas

This book might also have been named 400 quotations somewhat linked to 100 statements supporting about 30 ideas built on about a dozen techniques to motivate, along with some thoughts on time management, happiness, and leadership. But that would have been too long.

Seriously, there are some excellent observations included within, and there's a good book lurking somewhere inside, but it's just too hard to find.

This should also be a good example of the need for an independent narrator. For a book on motivation to be read in a long, droning, hang-dog fashion is just - unmotivating!

I would also suggest for books like this that Audible mark the paragraph divisions better. The jump button doesn't deliver to the next of 100 items, but to somewhere way up ahead. And there will be times you will want to use it.

The book is also repetitious. I suppose a case can be made that focusing, thinking about one thing, and concentrating are not the same, but really....

In summary - Good observations, repetitious, and very loosely organized, delivered with droning narration.

Beginner book, some intermediate info.

If you know alot about managing, you will learn at least one thing from this book. I would have preffered to learn more myself, decide if its worth at least one new tactic.
