Spicy and relatable

I love Solomon’s character development. I want to see how they and their relationships develop which makes this book impossible to put down. I binged the audiobook in less than 24 hours.

Its much spicier than Solomon’s last two novels, in the best way.

Great story, first book I’ve read by RLS. And so worth it. well written characters and such a fun and tender premise- finding your own voice while learning another’s.

Perfection

This book is perfect. The narration in outstanding and the story is sweet and steamy and so heartwarming. And Finn is the most wonderful book boyfriend. Chandler is delightful as well. I loved everything about this book. It’s definitely one of my favorite books of the year. So good.

Thoughtful, steamy, and earnest

Almost as good as The Ex Talk. Loved the gender role reversal of the woman as the “teacher” for the more romantically clueless man. Great insights into the publishing and acting professions too.

Wow. From the first few words, this book was engaging. I loved the banter and characters. I could not put it down and devoured it. This was fantastic.

Loved this book from the very first word. Could not stop listening. RLS is a phenomenal writer with a unique voice- great flow, cleaver banter, and a wonderful way to discuss tough subjects. I love how emotionally complex her characters are without resorting to unnecessary drama.

This is a great book, probably my favorite from Rachel Lynn Solomon. Deeply relatable millennial characters, Finn is a big cinnamon and very loveable. RLS tackles a rough topic seldom discussed in the romance genre- or any genre- and executes it flawlessly. Huge thumbs up

Fantastic narration, great story line, we’ll paced, and all around really enjoyable. Definitely a feel good book with depth and conflicts that weren’t overly contrived.
