Publisher's summary

"Delightful, energetic.... Trigiani is a seemingly effortless storyteller." (Boston Globe)

Award-winning playwright, television writer, and documentary filmmaker Adriana Trigiani returns with Brava, Valentine, continuing the heartwarming and hilarious story of Valentine Roncalli, her family, her love life, and the Angelini Shoe Company.

Following on the heels of the New York Times best seller Very Valentine (hailed by People magazine as "Sex and the City meets Moonstruck"), Brava, Valentine is another tour-de-force from the beloved author of bestselling novels Lucia, Lucia, The Queen of the Big Time, and the Big Stone Gap series.

Great book2

Love all the characters. Can’t wait to listen to book 3. I’m so invested in the shoe company and wishing them all the success

Some good advice. If God can forgive, why can’t we ….
The forget is harder.

Delightful 2nd book in this series

Lovable characters brought to life by Kathe Mazur! I enjoyed the ups and downs of this Italian family. Lots of humor and a few twists I didn’t see coming. I give the narrator a lot of the credit. She did an amazing job bringing these characters to life. I’ve enjoyed both books in this series and look forward to the final one though I see there’s a different narrator. I recommend this one!

Realistic Characters

If you’re Italian-American from NY, this novel is for you. If you’re not, you’ll still love the rich tapestry of NY Italians the author weaves. We’re all different but we’re all the same.

Fun story line, superb narration

Fun story and well developed characters. The family dynamics left me in stitches many times. Romance tastefully portrayed.

Not the original version

I read this in print a few years ago. Some parts of the plot were the same. Whereas others including the end were not. I this version had more family drama and I definitely did not like this ending.
