Publisher's summary

This year is officially the worst.

My parents, my vampire bestie, and Lacey are missing. Chances are they’re with Sisco, the psycho vamp lord from New York.

If that’s not enough, the wolves are accusing me of murder.

I have one thing to say to my enemies: You messed with the wrong Hunter.

Pretty Good

This is a series where you won't be mad, you won't remember some of it a week later but still a great story. If you are running out of series, go for it.

Spoilers Ahead

Pros
* The guys are all unique and Demi is No Pushover
* Sexy times are detailed but quick.
* Lots of supernatural activity. From Hunters, Wolves, Vanpires, Demons and Hellhounds.
* Demi and her men get a HEA, some parties involved get a nice little wrap up
* The side stories are super interesting. Evelyn in general could be a spin off series.

Cons
* The OVERUSE of a lot of terms drove me crazy!!! The term Fangbanger was almost enough to make me stop the series. Also anything relating to Stabby made me cringe by the end.
* The sex could be better. No MM and only one group scene in the three books.
* While some got a HEA the horrors of the demon and baby stealing are still hanging in limbo.
* Evelyn's storyline got cut way to short. What is she doing with the Hunter and Wolf...I have questions!!
* They should have used a male narrator as well. MJ Webb does not do a great job at differentiateng male voices.
* This should read be a complete series. Spending 3 credits on this series is crappy.

Aren’t you supposed to like the MC by the end of the book?

Demi’s snark was cute the first book and a half, but as the story went on Demi became insufferable. Especially once she got her powers. By the end of book three you’d think she’s had trust In Her friends and lovers but she continued to jump to conclusions and hurt people just because she felt stabby. Her double standards were aggravating to say the least.
Character reactions throughout most of the books were unrealistic to the situations. That part annoyed me the most. She snaps vampires necks left and right but when it happened to her, it’s like the biggest betrayal ever to her. Definitely giant eye rolls to be had.
This book series had potential but it just fell apart in book three and the ending was just meh...
The narrator was great so at least there was that.
