Lovely story but..
First of all, you'll probably like this audio book. It's a little tedious at times and looking back I have to wonder how much of it's actually true. Survival stories can easily fall into "spice up this chapter with a slight fib here and there" in order to sell books / sensationalize the story and profit. Either way I'd recommend it to anyone.

I had the pleasure of reading this book about 10 years ago. Revisiting it as an audio book was very special. It is a riveting story of survival, brotherhood laced with tragedy. A must-read or listen to story.
