    Where does The Body Book rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    This is one of my top audiobooks, she is probably one of the best role models out there for such a book because of her infectious and fun personailty, her personal success, and down to earth practical approach to health & self-care, this seems to be an inspiring and effective combination to put forward her health philosophy, focussing on "Nutrition & fitness & awareness & discipline... These are your tools... ". She has chosen a narrator who sounds just like her which seems to work, and I think the book focuses mainly on these four "tools". I'm not one for self-discipline, but this has helped me see the advantages and long-term benefits for my health and well-being. I listen a little bit at a time usually when I'm in bed at night, when I'm relaxing and can take it in, as it's full of useful encouraging tips which are meant to last, so I find myself re-organising my habits and routines accordingly in my head. She is very into forming new "habits" to replace bad ones with personal examples. One thing I'd like her to have tackled is: how to deal with social & family pressure to do the contrary & sabotage your efforts?

    What about Cameron Diaz and Sandy Rustin ’s performance did you like?

    Cameron Diaz' happy energy and strength shone threw in both their narrations. Cameron Diaz was a little better than Sandy Rustin, and made less mouth noises. I don't understand why she didn't read the entire book. That would have made the experience better I think.

    I went into this book whith no expectations. I tend to read celebrity memoirs when I'm looking for a book to enjoy that I don't care about much, so I can read it when I'm tired or in a fowl mood, and it'll help me relax. This isn't a memoir obivously, but I figured it might have the same effect.
    I was surprised by how much I learned and how well researched this book was! I have some knowledge in the areas of nutrition and physiology, so if there is one thing I can tell you is that even doctors get these things wrong all the time. There are so many new studies, so many things that are suddenly proven wrong, or information that is updated. But this book got it right (although some things were simplified), and it was quite entertaining! Loved that she put in little anecdotes from her own life too.

    Also, I had no intention of changing my diet going in, it was just something to listen to. But I was immediately inspired by the book. When I finished it, I discovered I had lost 5 pounds, without eating less or working out! Guess that processed food really is messing with our system.

    What made the experience of listening to The Body Book the most enjoyable?

    Narrator is great. The information is so easy to take in. A book I can listen to time and time again. Perfect for Driving to work to motivate you to stay Healthy. Great Audiobook for Newbies which I have often played in the car to passengers.

    "Good for staring a day."

    I got a positive energy from this book. The most important is the audio book is that although there are some overlapped stories and information due to she wants to deliver her experience, it is brilliant to listen to it over and over. It could make me have an attitude like Cameron. As she said is not a diet book. Personally I think that this is a book for you to be healthy by encouraging your self to be active and to execute.
    Bare in mind - the middle of this book getting a bit boring because of explanation of body part in academic words but, knowing the pices of information is good.

    Trust me. Who likes her smile and positive energy just try ;)
