His will to survive - NOT to give up, no matter WHAT! Also, his appropriate gratitude to the Lord for who He is and what He did for Yun.

I really loved the many salvation testimonies shared throughout this story - mostly because dear brother Yun was unable to refrain from sharing the greatest gift - and FREE - with those he met.

Yun was my favorite human character.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There were many moments which moved me - but the pain and agony suffered by Yun and by others were difficult for me at times.

Any additional comments?

Have you really had an encounter with the Lord? How intimate are you with Him? Does you really know Him? There may come a time of true testing for each one of us, no matter where we live, during our walk on this earth; when we will really see where we are in Christ, and how strong our relationship is in Him. Truly enjoyed this book -- and definitely recommend it to others for their consideration.

It’s amazing how the Lord has used Brother Yun!

This book portrays his life and shows how he is not perfect, but how the Lord has moulded him and used him as a faithful servant to bring the word of salvation through Jesus Christ to the Chinese people.

This is a fabulous, true story of a Christian believer in China, and his faith and journey. his truly miraculous experiences are incredible and so encouraging.  I highly recommend this book it will make you truly grateful for your life and encourage you to live for Jesus!

Compeling, Captivating, Very deep, Serious and Faith generating. If you live in the so called civilized world where the idea of believing in Christ is as real as a Greek fairy tell, you may need to have your eyes opened by listen to Brother Yun's walk with God. If you feal weak and catch yourself wondering what the christian work is all about, this book will wake you up. If you are being persecuted for your faith, this indeed is a must-hear for you. If you are one who runs to fiction because of the plot, try a true story whose plot is made in heaven. I have listened to this one many times and consider it my number one.
