Born Again is the autobiography of one of the most influential men of our time. It is not only a remarkable story of one man's redemption in Christ, but a fascinating look inside the events of one of America's most riveting sagas.

In the 1970s, against the backdrop of the explosive Watergate scandal, Charles Colson revealed the story of his own search for meaning during the tumultuous investigations that led to the collapse of the Nixon administration. A convicted former special counsel to the president, Colson paradoxically found new life - not with success and power, but while in national disgrace and serving a prison sentence.

I was young enough when Watergate was going on that I don't remember. This was a powerful book and I had trouble putting it down.

I liked the way Colson was a man of integrity and honesty and made the hard choices in life.

Any additional comments?

This book is wonderful--and Colson was a man after God's own heart. I appreciate his honesty and the way he described how his life was when he was Nixon's advisor.

Colson gives us truth-filled picture of what the Watergate scandal looked like from his point of view. The story is that Colson worked for Nixon and could pretty much be relied upon to get anything done (aka Hatchet Man). Colson explains his subsequent conversion and time in prison. It was a fascinating and informative book that I would recommend to anyone.

Tremendous story of God's saving grace, using Brother Colson to start a moment in reaching Convicts with the love of Jesus Christ! This Ministry lasts far beyond Chuck's own life, but of course he is with the Lord now! Powerful testimony on how God changed Nixon's former Hatchet Man into God's Man! Great true story and narration - I dare you to listen, and learn! John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:17 ✝️
