Excellent guide for all beginners!

I always love to learn how to nurture myself from head to toes. As a female who is nearly 50 but people continually assume I’m in my late 20s or early 30s, I will give 5 stars to this book even though I have learned nothing new from this book because I routinely read which I have read further than the author, however, this book give a novice a unique viewpoint in how to take care of their skin and health. All the contents she wrote in here apply to my research 10 years ago. This is great for all beginners and who just want to learn how to take care of the biggest organ in the body!

biohacking my skin

I love this book and it’s useful tips about healthy skin. now I have to avoid some foods because it seems those are the ones giving me skin rashes. plus some supplements i was taking were also having ingredients not good for my body. after applying the changes I could see the difference in my skin. this is a great book to read you will learn so much about your skin. I am 36 years old and looking forward to having beautiful skin by my 40s.

This audiobook is so helpful!

I have recently been having breakouts and rashes around my face, usually after eating certain things. Because it came out of nowhere, I started doing my due diligence to figure out the issue. So glad I found this book! I had a feeling my issues could be related to my digestive system, but who new about the mental health aspect of healthy skin?! I am rethinking my whole understanding of health because of this book, not just my skin! Absolutely brilliant.

Packed with Knowlege

As someone who has neglected their skin care routine, I was motivated to make a change and started with this audiobook. At 38 years old, with fair skin and red hair, I became aware of the risks associated with not taking proper care of my skin after having a mole removed.

Best healthy skin guide!

The author of this book has created an extensive resource on how to create and keep your skin healthy and glowing from the inside out. As a Holistic Nutritionist I was very impressed by her knowledge of diet and how it affects the skin. Along with exercise, supplements and procedures Jennifer offers the most up-to-date information and gives you all the choices and the best advice for your skin health. For anyone wanting to stay healthy and beautiful as they age. A must read!

Skin and so much more!

The skin is the biggest organ you have so it makes sense that everything we do ultimately impacts it. This book dives into all things health. From sleep to diet & exercise it’s all here. And all of these things will of course affect your outward appearance. This book will help you improve your skin from the inside and outside. Very comprehensive book.

Wonderful resource!

This past year I have felt the need to wean myself off of medications and turn to food for healing. I have had such great success I wanted to do the same for not only what I put in, but on my body! This book contains all the information I was looking for, plus more! It is a very thorough book, yet the information is easy to understand and follow. I also found the book interesting/engaging. I am looking forward to incorporating the practical routines and diet changes! Plus, I am also looking forward to saving a small fortune from the anti-aging products I invest in. ;) Wish I had this book 10 years ago! Thank you for a wonderful resource!!!

An Informative Guide!

Beautifully narrated audiobook that teaches on the best ways to protect the inner and outer part of the body for both men and women.
“The skin is indeed a mirror to the inner world”. Knowing the right skincare product to use, eating the right fruit/food, prioritizing sleep, the importance of meditation, exercise, etc.
Selfcare is a journey and not a destination so it’s paramount to keep taking care of oneself and paying attention to when the body reacts negatively to products used on the skin or meals eaten. Also the importance of confirming products from a dermatologist or skin-care professional was over-emphasized.

Simple tips for amazing results

This listen was incredibly informative, providing simple yet highly effective tips to change your skin-care routine and promote the best outcomes for your type of skin. I am planning to revisit a few sections and take some notes, or perhaps even add the eBook to my collection. The author obviously has years of experience in this area and this transpires as legitimate advice, mostly pinpointing ingredients that can lead you to the results you seek.
