I wanted more and Cass delivered
I was always curious as to what Hannah was thinking in the first book. Here is the book in her perspective. It also includes the the couple’s story before, during, and after the first book. It answered a lot of my questions which I am super grateful for. It is also just a very easy story to listen to and has become my nightly go to for lulling myself to sleep. Lori Prince is perfect and relaxing to listen to as always. Prince combo with a relaxing story = melt your trouble’s away

The person reading the book was perfect
The author is honestly amazing and the person who read it couldn’t of been even more perfect her town her emotions reading the book.

More? Yes, please!
What can I say? I'm a fan of this series. Best if read/listened to first one though as might be a little lost at times when it refers to events from the 1st one. This one's writing rook a little longer to get going than last one, but performance of narrator better. Both had me not wanting to stop.

Finding yourself and love
I am so in love with these characters, this story, and their relationship. I listened to When You Least Expect it at least 5 times to go through the chronology of it all and Better Than Expected twice. There were a couple more parts I wish were explained through Hannah’s POV, but overall a great accompaniment to the first. I really want to know what happens next with Hannah’s discovery. Amazing - can recommend and hope there is another. Also - Lori Prince’s performance was *chef’s kiss*. I’m in love with it Caroline and Hannah.

Love hearing it from Hannah’s POV - with touches of their meeting and her struggles through her marriage was thrust open during this listen. Hannah has truly been through it all and come out on top it’s amazing and inspiring to listen to. For Hannah to have had sights on Caroline from the first moment even before Caroline knew and that the feelings have been mutual is all the better and the perfect pairing for WYLEI!

Outstanding!
Love getting the “When You Least Expect It” story from
Hannah’s perspective. And Lori Prince delivers a superb performance as always!!! Highly recommend.

Love the second version
Great book. I love the second version of this book. The characters and the whole storyline. Haley Cass is a beautiful writer. I especially love Lori Prince reading this book. Excellent narrator always.
