Amazing

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I had to rewind several chapters to hear the powerful messages again. My favorite chapter is the Power of NO. Though I listened to the book, I'll be getting the physical book so that I can read it, highlight, and jot down notes. We must work daily for personal and spiritual balance and this book is an amazing tool to help along the way.

This book has a lot of helpful tools to assist with the balance in your life! This book is designed for the multitudes not only Christians. I enjoyed the analogies especially the one about trees and how trees are balanced with the flowing nutrients that they receive. Awesome book!
