New perspective I didn't know much about, but WOW

Ayurveda isn't a thing I knew much about. (I listened to this with my niece who is expecting.). Such great information, which demystified a really scary time in life. Really supportive, and filled with fantastic ideas and instruction. Great narration as well. Recommend!!

This makes a LOT of sense

I have never thought of pregnancy using the Ayurveda way. It’s natural (like pregnancy) and makes complete sense. The author has done an excellent job at breaking down Ayurveda and the benefits. This would be a great gift for a couple trying to have children or even couples that are going through pregnancy. I have a few friends that are getting this book!

If you want to have a healthy pregnancy and keep your baby healthy as well, you definitely need to listen to this audiobook and follow what is suggested. It's so easy to gain wait during pregnancy and then suffer postpartum both physically and mentally which is why its important to anticipate this by following a ayurveda pregnancy. Great book for all future moms!

This audiobook covers a lot of information about Ayurveda, which focuses on balance in bodily systems, and how it can help pregnant women approach better health during their pregnancy and recover after postpartum. It's good and helpful for new moms who are expecting their babies. Great book!

Wow!! Learning how important health is to getting pregnant. Especially having a healthy diet and keeping away from pollution and the stress levels down. Thank God for this book!

Ayurveda?

Ayurveda, I have never heard of this in my life. I am a curious man in life, love to learn and help. My girlfriend bought this book, and I wanted to learn more about pregnancy to find out what she was going to experience in the future.

While listening to this book, I discovered some interesting things. Ayurveda is an Indian medicine. In short, in summary it is beneficial for both mom and baby. I liked it, and I learned that it can even increase fertility with this Ayurvedic medicine.
