this has been one of my favorite series for a long time, this book is not that long but it is really good. love the story, narrator and it's easy to finish, doesn't get boring at all.

Great writing (but that I already knew) and Jesse Bernstein is just awesome!
Buy this audiobook if you like fantasy and you wanna have a lot of fun. Witty dialogues and teen spirit, what else can you ask for?

The story is really good. First book that has gripped me in a while. I was at first skeptic of Jesse’s voice, but he turned out to be a fantastic Narrator.

The perfect fantasy book
This is the best book I’ve ever heard

Way better than the movie.
Loved it! We listened to it on our 8 hour road trip. Afterwards we watched the movie. The movie sucked in comparison.

Terrible narrator
Good story, terrible narrator. I want to listen to the other books, but I cannot stand to make myself suffer through any more from this narrator, so I will not be buying the rest.

Good story but narrator struggles with characters
The narrator sounds bad when it comes to adult characters and emotional dialogues. It sounds like a kid impersonating his parents' voice on a telephone call to tell his teacher he is sick. Emotional lines also lose some of its effects due to a monotone delivery.
