So, the 92nd Street Y in New York City - a well-respected house for interviews - assembled some of the best barbecue authorities in the business: Danny Meyer, Bobby Flay, and Chris Lilly, whose restaurants and barbecue empires extend from New York City to Alabama.

By the end of this audiobook, listeners will be inspired to fire up the grill and get to mixing some sauces. Caution: the live audience at this discussion was treated to barbecue samples at the end of the evening. Prepare yourself for envy.
