More than I expected.
I truly enjoyed the narration by the author Kyle Gray.
Wish chapters/meditations were listed so can jump to specific ones in the future. Overall, the guided meditation was comforting and peaceful.

An Amazing Spiritual Enlighenment
Mahalo to Kyle Grey and his book Angel Prayer Meditations. Because of his guided meditation two yrs ago Saint Mother Marianne Cope revealed herself to me. She is the Catholic Nun who arrived on Kaulapapa Molokai’i 2 weeks b4 Saint Father Damien’s death to carry on his work with the outcasted Lepers in Hawaii. Rewind to 2005 while living on Molokai’i. I had a Past Life Regression Session. In this PLRS I saw myself as a Hawaiian woman living in the forests of Molokai’i. Since her reveal & when I find myself in need of her help. Mother Marianne has helped me to turn obstacles into opportunities for success. Every day in prayer I ask her for her guidance & protection of Me & My Ohana.

Relaxing
Helps me fall asleep. I’ve started repeating “I am blessed, I am safe, I am relaxed” during the day. I recommend this book of prayers if you believe in angels.
