This book has showed in details all the necessary knowledge to be known about developing and implementing business development software and management. This is a great guide to become more agile in managing projects being assigned to me. A very informative book because it has given me a big jumpstart for effective management.

helpful! I was initially interested just in kanban and scrum guides, yet the price per set was very attractive so I bought and thought id refresh my knowledge in agile too. and id really say all 4 books here are quite informative for any newbie. so its really a good bargain!

Great Book

It is easy for a beginner to understand and gives a clear understanding of the key ideas and principles of Agile. If you like IT, use this in the workplace, or would like some fresh ideas in running IT at work, I would highly suggest this book for listening.

Really good book

I couldn't imagine working on an agile project without the basic knowledge and this item provides it very clearly. I have enjoyed the read and enjoyed having it in a digital format. Please take the opportunity to read this book if you are working on an AGILE project. I really appreciated reading this quick start book to Agile Project Management.

Best Book

Gives an amazing first

The book does a great job at highlighting some techniques and tools, and provides examples that can be leveraged, for Agile efforts at the scaled or program level. Great for refining skills.

Practical advice

It offered great advice for not just the structure of the program team but best practices and troubleshooting for each role in the team and offered alternative ways of working based on the needs and maturity of your organization.

Well written

It is well written and easy to understand. All information on project management is very detailed, easy to read, and helpful. I liked Agile Project Management book and I am glad to have it on my Kindle. I recommend this guide to anyone who needs such type of information.
