A beautiful tool for spiritual connection

This book is a wonderful tool for teen girls to feel more regularly connected to their faith. The guidance this book contains is so relevant to teen girls and all of the unique struggles they go through during these formative years. I particularly appreciate the 5-minute devotionals that can easily fit into your day and are a great way to start the morning in prayerful reflection. I would highly recommend this book to families with teen girls who desire a deeper connection to their faith.

A great tool to help young women of faith

This audiobook is an outstanding resource for teen girls who want to strengthen their relationship with the Lord with daily consistency. The author helps the reader/listener with sound advice and by addressing real teen issues and then offering a Biblical perspective on those issues. A 5-minute devotional is perfect for today’s teen and our oft fast paced society. The audio was also pleasant to listen to and easy to follow along with. A definite recommendation for young women of faith!

My daughter found her connection

If you need to help your teenage daughter find her true path in life, when there are so many distractions for her (way more than in my day!), then these 5-minute devotionals are something that will fit into her life (given current attention spans). A very practical guide with lots of advice. Thoroughly recommend.

Relatable without being preachy

Author shares her personal experience that lead her to develop a personal relationship with God. It has how to exercises to help awaken internal desire for acceptances yourself by developing a positive relationship to a higher power. I especially like the reality checks & mirror, mirror. The attitude for gratitude of chapter 12 was especially beneficial. This is a Christian book that will reinforce the idea that God and Jesus support you and want you to also love and respect yourself. It explains rather than preaches and understand your humanity. Although geared toward teen girls, young people need to hear that message and this book delivers it in a gentle uplifting and relatable way. The same message coming from a parent might not be as effective. It explains rather than preaches and understand their humanity.
Today in our secular society with so much social pressure to fit in it becomes more important to develop a personal relationship with your spiritual nature. If one is to become truly happy, your relationship to your spirituality is the most important relationship you can develop. Connecting to a higher power can give you that firm foundation to be able to cope with the challenges & circumstances that life throws your way. This most important relationship I can have is my relationship with my God of only love. I, like you, am a spiritual being having an earthly experience. For a young Christian or someone willing to explore Christianity, this book can help you build that relationship.

This was a good book for helping with teen girl confidence. I like what you state.. It is “ALL about God”! Your confidence will come through and by HIM. Chapter 28 is the real truth!!

I wish I could magically put this in every teens phone. Make it an automatic download. It’s well thought out, pleasantly delivered, and would be a big help to so many. This has great life lessons inside and how to overcome and find your way. I can’t wait to give a copy to my niece and promote it at church ❤️

This audiobook is perfect for teen girls (and even women). I definitely feel that it reaches the heart and deepens your understanding and relationship with God. Chapter 5 stood out to me the most and was probably the most impactful as it focuses on building peace and faith and what that means. I enjoyed how the author explains things in a new way. highly recommend!
