Good Book about a Black Professional Woman
What made the experience of listening to A Taste of Reality the most enjoyable?
The narrator was very good and the story line was very good. I could relate to her problems at work and her attempts to balance her work and personal lives.

A great read
I always enjoy Kimberla Lawson Roby’s writings. Once again, I fell in love with her characters and their interrelationships. And reading about an empowered woman embracing her ability to change her own life was uplifting.

Great story! Issues still exist
I enjoyed this story. The opposition that the main character faced is real! So many times people are passed over for promotions because the powers at be let personal feelings sway their decision.
