Good Listen

I am enjoying this series of books.
Predictable but I don't mind that. Looking forward to Quinn's story

A better read than a listen.

While I’m drawn to the Merriam clan and all their escapades, I find some of the conversations a bit stilted, or perhaps that’s just the way they’re being read. The inflections would have “sounded “ in my mind more casual and less wooden. For example, when Flynn tells Annie that he’s going to kiss her, it had all the romantic flavor of a grade school boy attempting his first foray into the world of boy-girl relationships. It’s just my opinion that the author is far better than the narrator, and that’s a shame. I will, of course, listen to the final chapter of the Merriams, but I will hope that Ava Miles finds a new narrator for future storylines.

Their read is one of Ava Miles works of art covering so many views and showing how love and family prevails through it all. Highly recommend Ava Miles to anyone who wants to be uplifted in a world filled with heartaches with rainbows of love, faith, & hope.
